Quick answers

Before you send.

Do I need a university affiliation?

No. The Call welcomes practice, community, public-authority, artistic, student and lived-experience contributions alongside academic work.

Is an invited proposal already accepted?

No. All proposals, including invited proposals, undergo editorial review. An invitation does not guarantee publication.

Can I submit in another language?

The proposal must include an English version. A translated title and abstract may also be included. Multilingual or bilingual full contributions may be proposed and are considered according to editorial capacity.

May I use generative AI?

Any substantive use in text, images, data analysis, translation or code must be disclosed. AI tools cannot be authors; human authors remain accountable for accuracy, originality, confidentiality and permissions.

Are there fees?

No. There are no submission or publication fees.

Who can answer a fit question?
